ABOUT ME

MY JOURNEY

My inner journey began unconsciously at the age of 16, during a time when I was grappling with feelings of discomfort, low mood, and chaotic relationships - challenges that many people encounter at some point in their lives. In search of comfort and understanding, I turned to conversations with a spiritual guide.

The profound connection I established through traditional Eastern practices such as meditation, chakra cleansing, yoga, and prayer allowed me to ground my energies, fostering a resilience and confidence I had not previously experienced before allowing me to navigate my life in a more focused and harmonious way.

This newfound balance planted the seed that gave rise to the passion
later on in my life for self-realisation and personal growth.

It was at a time, despite a series of personal and professional achievements', such as a successful 15-year career in investment banking,  a decade of consultancy for various Local Authorities, finding love, getting married and having children I still felt overwhelming emptiness. Its as if my spirit yearned for interconnectedness and service; the seed planted early on in my life propelling me to seek meaning and purpose through my own healing journey. This urge, inner drive and force pointed me towards becoming an agent of change, dedicated to fostering self-development and transformation in others.

Thus, this calling ultimately guided me to practice Psychosynthesis, a therapeutic approach rooted in Eastern and Western Psychology, distinguished by its transpersonal approach to understanding the ‘Self,’ encompassing the emotional, cognitive, and physical realms of the individual, as well as their energy, soul, and spirit.

Psychosynthesis is uniquely recognised as a Psycho-Spiritual Psychology, to this end it with grace and gratitude that I practice Psycho-Spiritual Counselling.

"My journey and choices have embodied the psycho-synthetic evolutionary process as outlined by Assagioli’s theory in the ‘impulse towards wholeness.’ …as it is only through achieving this wholeness that I have been able to extend my work with grace to serve the ‘greater whole’ - my clients - which I consider both a privilege and an honour".
